It happened with numerous Superstars and it wouldn't be surpassing though Cena comes off as generally a good company guy ,
So thoughts ?

Nope.
Cena might be the most dedicated company man in wwe history next to Taker. I never see him falling out.

Not at all. He has always struck as having a different personality from all the other big-timers (Austin, Rock, Hogan, etc.). At the most, I see him having a relationship like the Rock does with WWE nowadays, where he takes off for a spell and comes back and is still very much worshiped and treated like a huge deal.

Its possible there could be an issue with his health, where they want him to not wrestle or take time off and him refusing too (despite getting older and the company having other viable options for that spot).

Yeah, the only scenario I can see this happening is if WWE wants him to stop for his health and he doesn't.

Never. If anything, WWE will apologize to him if something happens between the two.

I hope not, because it would take somebody dying for that to happen.

Cena basically is one and the same with WWE now
Like those Starfleet officers merging with Voyager 6

Nope...not a chance.
This isn't the territory days like when Hogan bounced around from fed to fed and finally made it big in WWE. Guys went where he could make the most money. That's what it was like for most back then.
He's just like the Rock. He was raised in the WWE system, and is now the top dog in the top company in the world. There is no where else he could go, and make the money he is now doing this. Hell he could retire as a full timer tomorrow to focus on movies. He could come back 5 years from now and they'll be there with big open arms welcoming him back for however long he's there. And you know what, it would make money.
