First Finland's Euro 2016 qualifying matches are selling tickets with some speed. Should I buy a ticket to the Finland-Greece match, which is our home opener? Probably the highest profile match in this group that I could watch live. Unless it's 100% guaranteed you're going to cylindrate them, NEVER be excited about a Greece match.

Chelsea getting rid of Mata was a dumb move. Never understood that one. As crazy as when they sold Robben Mourinho's massive ego causes him to make these decisions.

Anyone know a site that has a list of American players who play for EPL teams? I take it there aren't many. Jozy Altidore at Sunderland, Geoff Cameron and Brek Shea at Stoke, Tim Howard at Everton, Brad Guzan at Villa, Cody Cropper at Southampton, Brad Friedel at Tottenham. Based off a quick browse of Wikipedia. 7 players in total, 4 of them goalkeepers. May have missed one or two, though. You might find more Americans in the German Bundesliga. That certainly was the case a few years back, not too sure about now. Actually the league with the most Americans is the English Championship with nine players. Also for Americans, the Championship is shown on Bein Sport. Stuart Holden plays for Bolton Wanderers(when he is actually healthy), Duane Holmes at Huddersfield Town, Emerson Hyndman at Fulham, Eric Lichaj at Nottingham Forrest, Will Packwood at Birmingham City, Tim Ream at Bolton Wanderers, Jonathan Spector at Birmingham City, Zak Whitbread at Derby County and my favorite American player in the Championship, Danny Williams at Reading.

Chelsea getting rid of Mata was a dumb move. Never understood that one. As crazy as when they sold Robben But was it? Mata clearly didn't fit what Mourinho wanted, there was no point in keeping him. Get £37m for him and reinvest it in players he does want. His departure hasn't weakened Chelsea and it's barely strengthened United. It was a risky move that has been proven good imo.

They won nothing last season. Mata was a resourceful player who would create and score goals. Not sure how that didn't fit into a manager's plans.

Mata was a resourceful player who would create and score goals. Not sure how that didn't fit into a manager's plans. In 2012-13 with Mata, they finished 14 points off the title. Last season they were only 4 points from the title. Plus they used the Mata money to sign even better players who do fit with what Mourinho wants i.e. Fabregas. Mata is a great player but Chelsea was a dead end for him. He shouldn't have joined United either. Rooney is clearly 1st choice for playing behind the striker when RVP is fit, forcing him to either not play at all or play as a winger which doesn't suit him at all.

So when, if ever, will Manchester United record a win this season?

They'll win when Van Gaal finishes writing that novel he works on during every game.

So when, if ever, will Manchester United record a win this season? I think they'll do it next time out against QPR. Then again I've said that every game so far.

Everton might want to think about defending today.... 2-0 4 minutes in. However, I think Chelsea were offsides on both (IMO).

Insane match at Goodison. Goals aplenty. Worse defending since Brazil vs Germany

Insane match at Goodison. Goals aplenty. Worse defending since Brazil vs Germany I think Chelsea just scored again. What a terrible display defensively by the Toffees. Fun game to watch though. I'm a Michigan football fan and caught myself watching the 2nd half of this game more than Michigan.

Diego Costa is proving to be a great signing for Chelsea so far, I love the stat MOTD had on last night saying that it took Torres 39 games to get 4 goals for Chelsea and it's taken Costa just 3.
Balotelli making his Liverpool debut today, hope he can do some damage to Spurs....well in fact he should have had 2 goals already!

Remy should have gone to Arsenal. He'll be warming the bench at Chelsea.

Pretty disappointing result for Arsenal. Performance was alright, but finishing was just not clinical enough.
