Good. The consistency of this has bothered me. Florida St, Illinois, Utah (at least I believe), and CENTRAL Michigan have received exemptions from the NCAA edict. Funny that North Dakota hasn'tt. What do the first four schools have in common? They all play Division I football.

IMO, I don't see the big fuss over this.
Like Notre Dame's mascot, the "Fightin' Irish", no one complains about it. (At least, no one I've seen)
I see nothing wrong with "Fightin' Sioux". If it was something like the "Lazy Sioux", then that'd be wrong.
