Hi, usually I don't ask this stuff but I'm not sure what to do. The past few days I've been feeling sicker and sicker, well ok here's how it was. I felt HORRIBLE one morning, woke up and after a couple minutes of feeling horrible I threw up. Afterwards I slept and felt better the next few days. However I stayed up late again and am feeling like I'm going to throw up again. But to add to this I am in a confined room with VERY few openings for air, it's very very stuffy in this room and I have to sleep in here, and I've never had issues before but it's June so it's getting hotter which would explain it
So my question for you is is this a result of heat, staying up late or just me being sick in general? I'm going with heat myself, now I just need to find some way to fix it.

Well, if you are in a confined space, with little air, and you are sick, then you may be spreading the germs to circulate around you, thus getting sick over and over again. I dealt with this for a month last year, and let me tell you something...DO NOT go online, looking for "home remedies", and such. LOL...I think I made myself sicker by doing THAT. Try to relocate to another area with more air, or , if possible, sleep with a fan next to you. Oh, and get better soon.

Well, you are a zombie...
Just kidding. Relax for a bit, drink plenty of fluids (i.e. water and gatorade), and suck up the air conditioning.
