I'm currently unemployed. I've been a Supermarket Butcher, Deli Cook, Dishwasher, cook, done construction ETC.
But right now I just don't... just don't know. I've gone into my medical problems (losing a toe and part of my foot) and at the moment it's just tough. I'm in a part of the country without many jobs to begin with, and my Dr. strongly suggests I get a job where I'm not on my feet for more than 30-40 mins at a time.
I don't know what to do as I feel I'm too stupid/worthless for a "good" job.

I was going to make a just post in this thread, but thought my jokes were getting too blue on this forum.
So, is human toilet an acceptable answer?

I'm a cook. Not the most glamorous of jobs but I enjoy cooking and it pays the bills.

I was a cook for 10+ years.
Recently I started my job looking after the websites for a FTSE 100 company.
Go figure.

Road Construction laborer/operator. Going on 9 years, I tear the roads up and then pave them back, all smooth and new. So when your held up in traffic because of construction, no matter where you live just think of The Bad Guy.

I work as a meat clerk for a fairly large New England-based chain of grocery stores. I've been with the company for 18 years, full-time for just about 14 of those years.

I am an English Tutor for the English as a Second Language program associated with my alma mater.
I'm assigned 20-28 students, depending on the hours I get per Session (the program's term for Semester), and meet them individually once a week for an hour for 7-8 weeks. During that time, I assist them in their homework, edit essays, help them practice conversation and grammar skills, help them prep for tests like the TOEFL exam and the IELTS test, and various other things associated with learning English. When my assigned students don't come in, I work with any other students that want additional help.
