So is it 9.99 a month for the entire network+ppvs or is it an extra 9.99 for every ppv? And also is it a $60 commitment or do you pay 9.99 per month as you go?

You can either pay all $60 upfront or pay it month-by-month. The $9.99 gets you everything in the archives and all of the livestreaming stuff, live PPVs included, with no limitations. They also recently added a $12 one-month-only plan if you want to try that before committing.
