I'm writing a script and I was wondering.
When a japanese person learns english, how do they sound? Like do they skip conjunctions, articles, what? They don't have to have a complete understanding, but a decent grip on the language is what I'm wondering.

No, they cane people who laugh at you while you attempt to speak English.
The bald dude had the funniest facial expressions as he was trying not to laugh.
