I voted for Freddie cause that scared the crap outta me as a wean..Granted I shouldn't have been watching them I'd have voted for Candyman if he was in the poll......Even to this day I'm still weary of chanting in into a mirror

Freddie. We're talking about a hideously scarred man with a claw. Who kills you in your dream, in highly creative ways. Scared me s***less as a kid.
Which inspires me for a new thread, actually...

the idea of someone killing you in your dreams is scarier, but basing it on the actual movies i think you got to go with jason....even though i voted for Mikey....btw a while ago i sat down and watched the halloween series. The first 2 Halloweens are classic, but the 3rd Halloween omyfrog the 3rd Halloween is probably the worst movie ive ever seen, it has nothing to do with Michael Myers and resembles a goosebumps episode stretched out for 2hours.

hmmm, I dunno, I think in real life a guy that kills you in your dreams would the most scary, where can you run in your dreams, and you HAVE to sleep sometime, so what can you do?

Freddy.
It's mostly for the fact that he seemed to have a grand old time messing with people, especially in parts 4-6.

Michael Myers. I remember seeing the original back when I was probably in the 2nd grade and he was pretty freaky. Especially in some scenes they show a dark room and then all the sudden you see his white mask slowly appear on-screen. Freddy was never all that scary to me and even at a young age I rooted him on in killing the stupid teens...same with Jason for that matter. Although Jason w/the burlap sack over his head with the one eye hanging out was freaky too.

Leatherface. God knows what's going on behind that mask. The rest of the order is:
Freddy-he's probably the smartest and most sadistic, and since he attacks you in your dreams, it's near impossible to stop him. Still, he's the least realistic.
Jason-he's incredibly strong and near invincible, but seems pretty easy to outsmart. Just keep your distance from him and hope he won't notice you.
Micheal-up until the latest movie, he'll generally leave you alone unless you're related to him or you attack him first.

I vote for La Face.....I mean c'mon people. Out of all of the choices, he's the guy that is most likely to actually exist, and be living in that crapty, creepy shambles of a house out in the country that kids dare each other to walk into on a dark night.
I mean, the guy is based at least partially on real-life sicko Ed Gein, so he gets my vote just for that.
By the way, Leather, did you happen to catch the new trailer? If so, whaddya think? I loved it!
