Paige, closely followed by AJ if she sticks around. Charlotte really needs to get rid of the 'Ric Flairs daughter' tag i.e not being named after your dad's hometown, not having a remix of your dad's theme as your theme song and not being brought up because of who your dad is or any other nepotistic reason, plus she's still a bit too green for my liking, she's good but she needs to stop relying on others in the ring with her when working matches.

I'm going with Paige for a few reasons. For one, she's much younger and can continue to grow and get better, she's also dedicated to wrestling so she's here for the long haul.
AJ I think will leave within the next year. She's accomplished a lot in a short time frame, but I don't think it will be much. Charlotte is already 28 and IMO outside of being Ric Flair's daughter, I don't think she has much going for her. She's a poor promo and she's barely ok in the ring. I think she's going to get pushed too hard, too fast, and the fans will not take to her. I see her flaming out similar to Ted DiBisae Jr.

On this forum, this is only between Paige and AJ, lol.
I admit I am a Paige fanboy (I voted for her) and I don't mind AJ but even I can tell they'll get more votes than they deserve in this poll purely because of their looks.
Might aswell have put Alexa Bliss in Charlotte's place - she may have got more than 4 votes by the end of it.

If Becky Lynch or Alexa Bliss got called up I would have said either of those as well, Bayley will go over with geeks in the crowd and she could appear at comic cons or gaming conventions and stuff.

Charlotte is the most talented and best looking of the 3 IMO.

Charlotte is probably going to be the next Curtis Axel; WWE will call her up and give her a major push, including a near immediate run with the divas title, expecting her to ride on the wave of her dad's legacy. After which she will burn out quickly and assume permanent midcard status and possibly team with another heel diva.

AJ is on borrowed time as it is and not even Ric Flair as a father can make up for Charlotte's...erm...looks.

Becky is an exceptionally talented lady wrestler and really pretty to boot. There's also nothing about her that the commentators can mock except for her accent, and if that's the best they can do, she'll be nearly impossible for them to mess up. Only a cataclysmic injury, major backstage fallout, or intentional burial could stop her from getting over. And judging by how fast they moved away from the Michael Flatley knockoff, I think they're looking forward to having her on the main roster.

If title runs gauge success, Paige. If it's involvement in main event angles, being given the chance to work with big-name talent and making the most money out of merch, AJ.

I don't see how anyone could pick Paige here. I don't see her finding any success outside of being a wrestler in the diva's division while AJ has already been involved in main event storylines for the WWE title and being a Raw GM -- there's no way Paige reaches that level. Charlotte, there's a chance with, mainly due to her being the daughter of Flair. I could see her being involved in some major stories on Raw one day due to that fact and Flair pushing for it.

AJ is already one of the most successful divas in WWE history, but I wouldn't be shocked if Paige gets to her level someday.

Don't be so sure. Paige's youth means that she may still be around when Vince abdicates to Triple H or passes away. As soon as that happens, if she's an active wrestler, she'll be able to rapidly get pushed and do stuff. That doesn't mean it will happen, but I honestly don't see Vince running WWE for much longer. Him giving Trips NXT as his own personal fief is a very clear sign that a successor is being trained.

Paige is easily the most talented wrestler of the three. AJ's been a success in terms of what we've come to expect from women wresstlers in the WWE, but if she was male would you say her careers been all that great? She's had what two great years? Paige has the potential to be the woman who finally breaks down the sexiest glass celing in the WWE and take womens wrestling to the next level. If they call up Paige's Mum too then that would be pure lightning in a bottle.
Becky Lynch is a phenomenal talent too and is one of the best female wrestlers I've ever seen. He Irish jig gimmick needs to die a death real quick however.
Charlote kind of sucks honestly. Lets be honest she's not good enough to make it onto any of the indie female promotions and it's kind of sad that she's good enough for the WWE.

She's okay, but she's not on the level of past great divas in anyway; she can't talk, she's a decent wrestler (but so was Jacqueline and she's not remembered often); she's got an average look and she's completely overrated by everyone here. I think she'll be remembered as a solid hand in the division, but not one of the greats. I also don't see them giving her stories outside of the diva division, especially not to the level of the ones AJ had.

I also don't see them giving her stories outside of the diva division, especially not to the level of the ones AJ had. I posted it in another thread, but Paige isn't yet fully acclimated to WWE's style, environment or schedule. She has very little experience with that setup and it will probably be a few years before that's taken care of and she's ready to be a top-tier woman wrestler. But if that's ever going to matter for anything, they must start giving her and other divas more time to wrestle and cut promos on live TV. If she can handle that pressure and evolve as a performer, then that'd be splendid. If she can't, then at least they know there's no point of wasting her and making her into their focal point. {Spoiler}A sidenote: that's something WWE has a very big problem with. They either give up on people or try to make them into something bigger than they should be. In the women's division, it's especially egregious. They tried this with Candice Michelle (wasn't ready for it and her injuries precluded further development), Beth Phoenix (didn't really get over without Santino), Michelle McCool (trained hard and had some very good matches, but was a black hole of charisma and flopped), and Eve Torres (didn't get over and was by no means a good enough wrestler to carry a division). I would say they tried it with AJ but they really didn't. What's AJ really been able to accomplish? Wrestled a few 2-minute televised matches and a handful of PPV matches? Paige has barely been given a chance as well. If you're right and Paige doesn't have the elements to be a top-tier female wrestler even if the division's booking improves, then that's okay. I don't mind her being a mid-tier wrestler in a division that has the best of the NXT women in it if that's the upper limit of her potential, but I think that if they let her get over on her own merit and improve as a wrestler, she'll swim, not sink. And right now, her competition for primacy is minimal. Natalya seems unmotivated. Naomi can't buy TV time. AJ has lost much of her momentum and may be leaving. The Bellas? Tee hee.

And right now, her competition for primacy is minimal. Natalya seems unmotivated. Naomi can't buy TV time. AJ has lost much of her momentum and may be leaving. The Bellas? Tee hee. I can't really blame the division for being unmotivated -- they only get two minutes a week on Raw and there's really not much you can do with that time. Paige has been given mic time lately with AJ and it's been .... bad. She was awful as a face on the mic and as a heel, she's barely tolerable. I hear lots of people say she's good now but she's still exactly the same in delivery, her material is just a bit better as a heel. She's still delivering it awfully. AJ was given a chance with some of the top people in the company - Cena, Punk, Bryan, Kane - and she excelled at it. In my opinion, she was often the best part of some of the segments. She's easily one of the best diva talkers they've ever had. She's done quite well with her in-ring work too with the time she's been given. Her match with Kaitlyn at Payback is still one of the best diva matches in the past decade and the match with Natalya on Main Event was also really good. She's fine when given time and it's a shame that they rarely do so anymore. I saw Paige's match with Emma on NXT. It was alright. But just because you can have a decent match in the minor league doesn't mean you're meant for the major league. Paige, just like Emma, worked much better on NXT in front of the smaller audience and with time. on WWE TV though, it helps to learn how to do a good, quick match and she hasn't got that down yet. I like the Bellas too. Nikki in particular was the highlight of the women that came down here to Australia -- she was surprisingly good in the ring and at captivating an audience. They've had more time to learn on TV than Paige though so I think it's unfair to compare them. I would love to be proved wrong about Paige but from everything I've seen from her I am not impressed and her improvement since April has been minimal.
