I started watching RAW from the first episode on. How much longer is this guy around? Just watched the episode with him as "Elvis." I think he's easily as unbearable as anything I've ever watched.

Where did they find this guy?!
If my memory serves, they found him in the NYC Comedy circuit, same way they found Jamison a few years prior. They thought that he would provide some comic relief in the booth. Unfortunately for them/fortunately for us, he bombed from the word go. However, he would stay a part of the announce team through mid-April when Vince would finally get his head straight and put Bobby Heenan in Bartlett's place.

He was a radio personality in the New York area, often appearing on Don Imus's show where he did a lot of impressions. He continued to do this after his WWE run.

There was a Raw with him, Monsoon and Heenan and in the end the Gorilla and the Brain were openly ignoring him.
I am certain he got told to shut up during the Mr Perfect v Ric Flair - Loser Leaves Town match. He makes his usual pathetic attempts at humour early on but precedes to go strangely, yet gloriously silent for the rest of that match.
