Looking at the title, I thought "Oh for f***s sake, is his booking REALLY that offensive to you that you jump the barricade to attack the man?". Thankfully, it wasn't that, but I worry that people are getting into such a mindset that it's a real possibility down the line. I can see signs of it here at this place already.

Nice of Cena to give him a high five, I guess. "You're gonna get kicked out, but here's something for your efforts, I guess".

I legit thought someone finally took "If Cena Wins, We Riot" seriously. Thankfully that wasn't the case.

WWE seems to at least know to change plans when things are really bad, but they have to be pushed to the brink to actually do it. If they had gone forward with their original plan for Wrestlemania there may have been some incident...or not, who knows. As for Cena, it's been nearly ten years of John Cena on top, I feel like something would have happened already if it was related to the way he's booked.

Are you saying Chris Christie tried to hug Cena in Memphis?

I remember something similar happening at a Dublin house-show. A fan seemingly jumped to get a high-five off Benoit and got trounced. Benoit took the house-mic and screamed 'get that man a pint of Guinness'. You can say what you please about national stereotypy, but I'm pretty sure the Guinness in the Point Depot venue is pretty shit, so not sure if favour or not.

Was he sitting in the studio when he was just trying to get to Cena?

Cena clipped him, then Zack Ryder put boots to his head.

So the show had finished, he got a personalised high-five from his hero and was carried to the outside?
All that happened is that security saved in the trouble of walking outside. He probably got a good head start on traffic.
