No particular 50th edition-related reason I'm asking this, just curious - what are some of the consensus opinions for the worst PPV TNA's ever done?
Admittedly I've avoided a lot of the really infamous ones. Most of the TNA PPVs I have seen aren't very good (though some I've seen have been) but not really any WCW-level trainwrecks or anything.

Victory Road is general is normally ass, because it's often just a set-up show for another and they hardly give a damn about it. But Victory Road 2009 and 2011 are the worst offenders.

Victory Road 2009. Not a single damn match on that show is worth anything and it has, legit, the worst match of the past 10 years.

Victory Road is pretty bad, usually. 2009 and 2011 being standout awful. 2009 had the infamous Jenna Morasca vs. Sharmell match; 2011 had the infamous Sting vs. Jeff Hardy match where Jeff was way too drugged out to perform.
One of the Hard/Hardcore Justices was also really horrible. I want to say it was Hardcore Justice 2010? It was the ECW reunion show, with everyone being way past their primes and unable to use any of the branding or feel of ECW due to WWE owning it all.

Yeah, the first Hardcore Justice show, a.k.a. a tribute show for a promotion we can't legally say the name of, featuring wrestlers who also can't have their proper stage names.

Wasn't Destination X 2009 also absolutely horrible?

I thought Victory Road 2009 was universally considered the bottom point of the company.
One of the best Botchamania episodes is Meltzer commentary matched up with the awful events of Victory Road 2009 as they happen.

Victory Road 2009 and 2011
These PPVs were so bad, they had entire episodes of Botchamania dedicated to them.

Victory Road 2011.
Imagine you paid for that show expecting a main event of Sting vs Jeff Hardy and THAT'S what you got. With the final image of that show being a pissed off Sting agreeing with a fan screaming "This is bullshit!" That about sums it up.
The fact that TNA couldn't think of a better back-up plan when they found that Jeff was in no condition to go out there when I imagine it was pretty obvious is just ridiculous. Sure, maybe the fans wouldn't have been happy that they weren't getting the scheduled main event, but considering what they got instead, I imagine in hindsight people would've been overjoyed to get a replacement main event.

Hardcore Justice 2010 was horrible but it had New Jack implying he is going to rape Jeremy Borash and calling him "his bitch", so it's got that going for it at least.

I don't remember what was so standout bad about Victory Road 2009 besides Jenna Morasca vs. Sharmell. Someone remind me please. Like I remember nothing good about the show but I don't recall the absolute awful besides that one match.

The only clean finish on the entire show was Kevin Nash pinning AJ Styles with a Chokeslam for the Legends Title. In 2009. That's all you need to know.

I like that the weirdest part of that statement to me is Nash using a chokeslam. Everything else is to be expected.

Hebner is so much faster than Storm that he not only beats him there, but makes the three count before Storm gets there. There were some big botches throughout the show too.

You left out the part about how Hebner didn't like run around the ring either, he just slid in and was still right near the ropes

Not exactly the worst ever as long as Victory Road and Desination X 2009 exist, but Bound For Glory 2013 has to be one of the worst PPVs I've seen in recent memory.
