How do you think NXT will debut Steen on NXT TV?
My prediction is that it'll be Zayn vs Neville at the December NXT special and we'll see Steen cost Zayn the match. Instant credibility for interfering in the main event and feuding with the guy he's guaranteed to have MOYNs with at every show.

As much as I hate retreads of feuds done a million times, Steen vs Zayn in a WWE setting could be fantastic.

I don't think Steen costs Zayn the title. I think Zayn will finally beat Nevelle who goes on to the main show on a permanent basis. Steen attacks Zayn as he's celebrating with the gold following his victory over Nevelle, and we get Zayn defending against Steen.
Having said that, another potential feud that I think would be interesting is Steen vs Breeze. Prince Pretty vs one of the ugliest bad asses to ever bad ass in an ugly manner.

He will debut as Kevin Stein (pronounced like Steen). And they'll do the Stein/Steen thing from Young Frankenstein.

Steen debuts helping Sami win the NXT title while turning heel and joining Balor and Itami as a stable. The four get called up shortly after Mania as a new stable working for Hunter.
Also guessing Steen'll use the name Jacob Morgan.

Much like how Zayn's debut was with Cesaro I think the writers know that they have to give the fans what they want right off the bat. Either cost Zayn the title or cause him to win it.
And his name will be Elliot Owen.

How I think they'll do it: a few weeks of promo vids showing Steen training/wrestling. Then his debut match will be against a jobber. He'll wrestle jobbers for a few weeks until someone like Bull Dempsey gets in his face and he enters his first real feud.
