Oh, I so love jokes that are included solely for the amusement of people involved in producing the show, rather than the actual audience.
Honestly though, this sounds more like the sort of salacious hearsay that you often get about divas, with little to back it up. I prefer to think that Vince saw this gag on some twenty year old show, and declared "that's the sort of fresh, cutting humour RAW needs, dammit! Get me a vibrator in a box joke, now!"

It could of been Seth Rollins cell phone. No reason why he should be embarrassed of his own cell phone. Maybe he thinks putting his cellphone in a brief case is really feminate that it's sort of similar of using it as a purse. But his pants don't have pockets man!!!!
