Swagger was Rose's first feud.
There was no Eagle. There was no heat.

What's with the love for the eagle? I remember it happening but I knew before opening this thread what it would say. That's not a knock at the OP, it just comes up a lot on here. I don't see as much demand for other cartoonish mascots to return such as the Bushwackers Kangaroo or Goldust's Marlena. What was so special about the Eagle?

That and the trophy showcase should have been what Swagger title push was all about. not GRR,SRS.LOSE,REPAT.

Marlena wasn't a mascot, that was a horny little she-devil.

I still think that the Swagger Soaring Eagle could fit perfectly with Swagger actual gimmick. I know that at the moment he is sold as a serious competitor, but some goofiness could help him to look more cool

He was super serious through his entire title reign. Afterwards is when his uncle or father, I forget which Bunkhouse Buck played, came in, and he had all those trophies in the ring and the Eagle.

The absolute disaster that was Swagger's world title reign makes me weep. Orton put him over to get him off to a good start, then any of his entertainment was sucked up by Big Show.

then any of his entertainment was sucked up by Big Show. Boy, it's sad how much this phrase can be used.

Ugh, that segment made me despise babyface Big Show in record time. How could you do that to a CPR certified ballroom dancer?

Only if a real eagle swoops down from the top of the arena and picks up the ManBunny, who screams in fear as he's eaten next to Sting's cabin in the rafters.
Sting's debut will be him and Hostage Taking Bird brushing off the blood and gore from their door mat.
