To either execute or take. Couple of examples to start off. Whether it is a regular sell/move or just a one off, it's all relevant. Foley always flipping over the steel steps after being driven into them with force. Look spectacularly destructive and the fineness in which he did it with can't be matched, but damn did it take a lot of his legs and his career. And I don't ever hear about it being talked about considering it was a signature sell of his, especially when he came over to WWE. Shane O Mac doing THIS in his match with Angle at King of the Ring. I know there was a lot of other brutal (the glass) and epic things (top rope board assisted Angle Slam as a finish) in this match. But the height...the landing... Shane f***ing Mcmaahon a not properly trained wrestler doing a f***ing glorious looking SSP JEEZUS

Val Venis was a brave man to take that cage dive from Rikishi. I was watching with my Brother at the time and actually said something like "there's no way he'll hit that splash as it would kill Val".

It's a bit unfair to say Shane McMahon wasn't properly trained, maybe not a full time wrestler.
As for spots, I think Jeff Hardy's Swanton Bomb from the crowd through a table at Royal Rumble 2000 gets over looked because of the following TLC and ladder spots.

Same with the Swanton in the entrance way spot at WM 2000 considering when you re-watch it that Jeff is just centimeters away from missing all the table all together.

On the subject of Jeff Hardy, that sit-down senton he gave Edge through the ladder at WM23 made my jaw square in the most primitive cringe imaginable.

I've never seen this horrible thing mentioned on this forum. One of the worse bumps I've seen.

For anyone who has wrestled a match and used a bin lid during their match, do they actually hurt?
Because I remember they were a staple in WWF Hardcore matches but they looked so cheap and thin that I could never imagine they hurt in the slightest.

And, somewhat related is Edge's spear to Lita on the floor and being inches away from hitting her head off the ladder. Also, most Spike Dudley table spots looked brutal! Edit: Most times I have written something today I have clicked post and its been said above whilst typing haha

The Spike one is especially bad when you see chips off the table from his head clipping it. I recall them getting huge heat for that spot.
As for brutal, Mr. Kennedy's Green Bay Plunge was always harsh looking, but the one he gave Hornswoggle off the ladder was astounding.

Speaking of Jeff Hardy, one that is never talked about.... I remember that one was bad enough where RVD broke character and was frantically trying to move the debris away from Jeff and get him out.

The Dudleys had a double flap jack spot and one time during a match they didn't just lift up Spike, they launched that little SOB into orbit and he just smashed into the match so hard it made me cringe.

I don't remember if RVD was actually heel then. I remember that he got attacked right after helping clear the table out by...someone. And I remember it being a heel, for some reason.
