Your top 2 Marvel crossover events?

Was always a fan of Amalgam.

Infinity Gauntlet is the main one. I had a couple I could have put for 2, but the one I went with I consider a crossover even though there was no main title. The Morlock Massacre, to me, was a great story.

There was a bunch of fallout from that story also.

And trying to get back into DC, they seem just as bad as Marvel when it comes to pumping out event after event after event. No wonder the movies for both companies feel so exhausting as well.

I think they've ramped them up quite a bit, and it's only made worse in that I think they've become a vehicle to just kill off major characters or have heroes fight each other.

Acts of Vengeance had a pretty interesting gimmick with villains switching up heroes to fight. Plus it gave us Magneto getting revenge on Red Skull.
