I got feeling Charlotte will get the McCool treatment by management and the thus the ensuing backlash by fans.

I don't see Neville getting past Kofi level but I also don't see that as tanking or a bad thing. Yeah he seems ideal for lengthy mid-card matches and creating lots of memorable moments in ladder matches and the like, sounds pretty good. On top of that I think he has more potential than Kofi when it comes to finding a hook that can take him to a higher level.

I'm on the side of it's trolling, but I will say that Tyler Breeze's biggest obstacle is he has a dreaded "NXT gimmick". The same one Bo Dallas, Emma and Adam Rose had. Breeze is incredibly talented though, so he might be able to overcome it, but it's really tough. Even if there's an "NXT gimmick" problem- the simple fact that Big E Langston, possibly the most can't-miss guy who was a genuine regular on NXT television since it went Full Sail-exclusive...managed to miss, I'd say that the problem might be less "NXT gimmick" and more "Kevin Dunn burying anyone who can be a NXT, and thus, Triple H Guy, out of spite". If that's the case...quite frankly, every single NXT person is going to tank on the main roster, and it'll be that way until Vince/Dunn are gone- in which case they'll suddenly thrive. Well Big E didn't come up with his NXT gimmick (which I think would have worked)he was backup for Dolph aand AJ for basically 7 months before randomly turning face and winning the IC title. But I do agree that some gimmicks just won't work and part of it is WWE Creative just not understanding. If they have Tyler Breeze play up how gorgeous he thinks he is and play up him taking pictures of himself it'll work. If they take the phone away? Not so much. Vaudevillians I think can get over in the Heath Slater way of being a comedy jobbers, but I can't see them being much more. And it's always fun to hate on Mojo and Bull, but the main roster and they'll get lost in the shuffle.

About Zayn. I've never seen any of his previous work so I had no expectations about him but for some reason I love his character. He's an overall good guy, that seems smart and passionate in an atypical wrestling way. He must be doing something right because I really wanna see him win the big one.

Bayley. All of her adorable quirks on NXT will translate into "Female Eugene" on Raw. I can already hear JBL ferociously hating on Bayley, with King and Cold half-heartedly defending her by saying things like "she likes to have FUN!"

Alex Riley's hate for her and Zayn on commentary already annoys the f*** out of me.

I see Neville being the new Evan Bourne at best and the new Justin Gabriel at worst, but I'm kind of okay with that given I find him very, very uninteresting.

I actually think I'd almost prefer Bayley to permanently stay in NXT and never come up to WWE, just because I know how horribly she'll be treated by the announce team when she gets the call up. She's adorably quirky, so that will translate to her being mentally retarded. She's not a classically-beautiful former Hawaiian Tropic model, so that will translate to her being ugly. She's not rail thin, so that will translate to her being fat. So basically, she's going to be Eugene, Molly Holly, and "Piggie James" rolled into one person. Yeah, I want no part of that.

You can always go back and watch Zayn's NXT matches. He does have a very similar moveset and very similar mannerisms to that of a certain well known generic luchador.

I read the first few posts and then skipped to the 4th page here to give my 2 cents, so if I echo anyone it is unintentional.
Adrian Neville - I feel like his accent is going to hold him back slightly, but ultimately I see him making it into the mid card area, competing for the IC title and having great first hour RAW matches. Unfortunately, I think Neville is the guy in NXT currently who will struggle will adapting to the WWE live TV style.
Bull Dempsey - Superstars-level jobber.
Prince Devitt/Finn Balor - I don't see any possible way that he doesn't end up as a certified main event level superstar. He has everything going for him. If I was asked to build the perfect professional wrestler, he would be the template.
KENTA/Hideo Itami - Unfortunately, we all know the glass ceiling that exists for foreign stars in WWE. At 33 or 34 years old, I don't know if he is going to have the time he needs to truly develop into the main event star he deserves to be. I'd love to see him leading a heel Japanese stable though.
The Acsencion - Prototypical monster tag team. They will get a tag team title push and I could see the younger WWE crowd fawning over them, kind of like we all did as kids with The Road Warriors and Demolition. i don't think their current gimmick has a very long shelf life, but if they can help continue to usher in this new-found tag team era I'm all for their success.
The Vaudevillians - So much fun to watch, but their gimmick is WAAAAAAAAAAY too smart for the WWE crowd. A novelty act that lasts a few months, at best.
Sami Zayn - I'm in the minority that believes Sami can be the next great underdog WWE star. I just feel like his personality and character are amazing, and he has adjusted to the WWE style quite well while maintaining his work rate and impact in the ring. It took me a while to warm up to him - I didn't really follow him pre-NXT, but I'm sold.
Tyler Breeze - I just had this argument with a co-worker the other day. He sees Breeze as being too small and his character too generic. I see Breeze as possibly the next Shawn Micheals. I'm THAT high on him. He just gets better and better everytime I see him work, and I believe he will eventually develop his gimmick into a harder edge.
Tyson Kidd - I don't know if we are considering him a true NXT guy, but if ever there was a wrestler who needed the "minor league" time to refine himself and actually used it as a positive, it is Kidd. I feel like he found himself in NXT and I am really looking forward to seeing where they go with him once he gets back full time to the main roster. He's never going to be a main event guy, but as a mid card heel I see big things.
Bayley - It's too hard not to cheer for her. I think she will be the next big fan friendly Diva, a role model for the young female fans.
Charlotte - I can appreciate the dedication she seems to have to the craft, but I don't think she has the looks to be a top-tier star. Maybe an initial rocket push out of respect to Natch, but settling in as another random diva.
Shasha Banks - She is just too funny looking to me.
Enzo - I see him more as a mouth piece for someone else than I do as a full-time wrestler.

I feel sad knowing WWE will push Big Cass over Enzo if it came down to it.
Also, in contrast to the OP's question, I can actually picture Angelo Dawkins being one of the better treated guys. If he keeps his college student gimmick and crazy entrance that is.
