Am really curious to see him in Civil War because it will be under someone other than Whedon and I'm curious to see thr Russos's take on him since they wanted to use him in Winter Soldier for a scene and couldn't due to Renner's schedule. Probably won't have a large part in the move but still curious to see him.

Hawkeye is my favorite superhero, my shelves are full of Hawkeye action figures, statues, and collectibles. I'm pumped to see him in the hands of the guys who made, in my opinion, the best Marvel film to date. They're already on the right track with me by embracing the purple and getting rid of that ugly maroon.

I honestly didn't expect him.
I figured the end of Ultron was the last we would see of him till 3.

That's perfectly fine. You have a big enough list of super heroes as it is. Plus if he shows up during The Infinity War, it might mean for since he took off right after the battle with Ultron.

I'm curious to find out what the significant reason is why Hulk isn't there. I'd like to imagine that he's off playing Mr. Fixit but Marvel won't let me.

I know I'll probably receive a lot of flack for this. But I actually hope Civil War has some form of consequences. For example, there needs to be a serious death or two in this film. In order to really drive home the seriousness of the concept and the film itself.
I am thinking that Rhodey or Falcon possibly bites it, maybe even Lang(which would be pretty emotional. Given how Rudd portrayed the character and how likeable he was/is in Ant-Man).

We'll get Bucky Cap until Infinity War when Rogers returns to smack Thanos in his stupid face with his mighty shield.

I assume he was on the way, just had to steal a motorcycle. But by the time he found one, they didn't need him anymore.

The problem is that they've got two storylines that both involve Cap biting the big one. The question is which one they do it in? My money is still on Civil War. Cap bites it in Civil War, Thor in Ragnarok and Stark makes the ultimate sacrifice to allow the remaining heroes to regroup at the end of Infinity War Part 1. Nebula reverses what her daddy does all while bringing the big 3 back from the dead and an epic asskicking ensues in Part 2. That's just my theory though. I'm ok with Cap being taken out in either movie.

I personally don't think anybody really important will die in Civil War, but I'd have no problem if it played out the way you suggest (though I wouldn't be surprised if Nebula's role in Thanos' undoing isn't switched to Gamora instead).
