Seven of Nine She could do everything, so really there was no point even having a crew. My vote is for everyone's dumbass "No Klu" Super Duper Saiyan, Goku. In Akira Toriyama's defense, he wanted to put Gohan in Gokou's place and end Z after the Cell games. Toei (who signs his checks) told him otherwise. Thus a lot of the nonsense that went into the Buu Saga. DBGT is not his fault, he only did the designs and someone else wrote it. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying blame the company that made the money off it (including a bit of mine)

Johnny in The Room, the whole film is basically "look at how great Johnny (read: Tommy Wisesu) is and how scummy everyone around him is."

Stephanie McMahon
Constantly written to be the alpha female, hard working, self-made businesswoman who outsmarts all others and forces everyone to back down.

God no, Amy was annoying but those two are WAY worse Nope, Clara never actually did anything, he just got away with talking back at the doctor while River constantly screwed up but just confidenced her way through it. Pond never seemed to get called on anything ever, constantly saved the day or went in to ginger warrior queen mode, was a total bitch to poor Rory and, was just this annoying ball uber Mary Sue ness. I truly hate that character and everything she brought to the show but your personal title says otherwise

The biggest one's gotta be Batman right? I found this and have to say, its pretty spot-on: Batman is at his worst when he's interacting with other heroes, since writers often feel the need to demonstrate his superiority over less notable or popular characters. The big exception to this was the late, great "Brave and the Bold" cartoon, which didn't go overboard with Bats's hyper-competency.

I thought that one was the worst of it, even having a song dedicated to how Batman was great at sex and every other male superhero was rubbish. Batman's role as a Mary Sue can be a bit too easy to do, especially when you have Grant Morrison completely overdoing his skills. At the end of it, I agree with what someone else said about the DCAU, Batman is great in that, but in the end, he's still going to end up a bitter, lonely old man. Even in the comics, part of the characterisation of him is that he knows he can never be truly happy, damning himself for all his failures and never really enjoying his victories. When he's written well, Batman's really just too messed up to really be perfect.

It also helps that that iteration of the character isn't an anti-social jerk with a batpole sized stick up his ass (which he frequently was in the DCAU, especially the Justice League eps).

The Captain Marvel episode basically had Batman doing all the work at the end and outsmarting the villain. He also beat most of Marvel's Rogue's Gallery in baby form. There's more, aside from the sex song, but those two stuck out.
