I feel like this interview is gonna disappoint people no matter what happens. I already know my expectations are way too high, unrealistically hoping Steve gives Vince the business for the unsatisfying ways he presents his product these days (years), the over scripting, the stop/start pushes, broken title divisions, etc. I'm not thinking that at all. As long as it entertains me, thats fine. Some insights would be welcome

I don't expect it to be too hard hitting and controversial. I expect they'll be incredibly friendly and appreciative of eachother. They're going to put eachother over big time. I sent Austin a question about the Higher Power angle, which is pretty tame compared to some topics you guys have brought up.

Seeing some old interviews on youtube, I think Vince is somebody who thrives on confrontational style interviews rather than somebody fawning sycophantically over him.
I'd expect Vince to welcome some hard hitting questions, although I think the line will be drawn at questions regarding murder and alleged rape!

If he asks the Macho Man question, he doens't have to ask anything else, I've already gotten six months' moneys' worth If it's in regards to what went down with them, definitively, great. If it's the Steph thing and he probably just goes "Wait, what? No." and that's it, then I might just die laughing anyway.

After today's "pipebomb" podcast, I sure would like to see Vince's response to CM Punk.

After today's "pipebomb" podcast, I sure would like to see Vince's response to CM Punk. "I don't understand him at all, Austin. I fired him, and he didn't invade the arena to try to take over the show!" "Vince, that's now how life--" "I was waiting for him! Do you know how disappointing it was, to get ready to send security after him every day and just facing let down after let down, day after day? He doesn't get the business like you did, Austin." "...Vince I'm really not sure--" "It's like, I fired him and the bastard actually accepted it!"

They pretty much HAVE to reference the Punk podcast now to have any credibility right?

I fully expect Austin to ask and VKM to know it's coming.
Now whether he decides to really respond with some kind of, "Well let me tell you about CM Punk ..." answer or more of a corporate "I deny everything he accused us of but that's all I can say" -- that's not really Vince's style but he may be advised to do it by legal and the board of directors.
I expect a good bit of it to be about their feud and disagreements, SCSA leaving, etc.

If nothing is off limits, it will be compelling listening "We know Ryback tilted CM Punk's pelvis. Did Randy tilt Steph's pelvis?"

If Vince refuses to answer any questions, Austin should hit him over the head with a bedpan, and then violate him with a tube.

Oh man, I'd actually be okay if it was Austin forcibly interviewing Mr. McMahon. Besides the "tell-all" shoot interview that I seriously doubt we'll get, Stone Cold holding McMahon hostage and torturing him for answers to his questions would be the most entertaining outcome possible.

If Austin doesn't flat out ask what the beef with Randy Savage was about, LIVE, it will be the biggest wasted opportunity ever. Come on Austin, do it for the fans!

I'd seriously laugh the whole night if they fawned over the greatness of Cena & Orton instead of going the Punk or Savage route

I prefer him just having the loose association with the company personally, they let their stars appear on the pod, and he's generally pretty open about what he likes and dislikes about the product. Don't know if he'd be allowed the freedom on the Network Plus, the show would probably become more wrestling centric and I honestly love his "on man cluster f***" episodes, and him talking hunting with Teddy Fowler ' This. I thought I'd be bored when he talks stuff other than wrestling, but I love it, it is so funny Maybe just a simulcast for WWE star interviews but let him be otherwise.

Sounds interesting, hopefully he doesn't throw any softball questions his way. Why would Austin ask questions about freakin' Sid of all people?

I just can't imagine Austin saying something like "OK errybody.....this is Stone Cold Steve Austin....I'm gonna ask all the big questions like....will Dean Ambrose overcome Bray Wyatt.....and will the New Day win the tag team titles?"
I can see Austin's first question being "Vince did ya hear the Punk interview???"

He's pure evil. Because if there's one thing Cena and Orton have suffered from over the last 10 years, it's a lack of promotion. The Punk situation is the elephant in the room. Ignoring it would be absurd, especially since the audience for this podcast are smarks.
