Finally! I've been hearing Adam Scott promote this film on like 20 different podcasts.
Sick Burn Sideburns Mr. Burns I Love Films You Poppin' My Stones Blue Turtlin' Talkin' Bout Turtle 2's Clues Talkin' Bout Money When Do You Get There, Bro? I Love I Love Films Let's Be Frank D'jucation I Love I Love I Love Films All About Houses In Utero Good Drummers What's Your f*** Style? Great Bits
They ALL have been promoting this movie and Adam Scott since early last year. I'll be honest though. I really enjoy "I LOVE FILMS" and "I LOVE 'I LOVE I LOVE FILMS'," but "I LOVE 'I LOVE FILMS'" is terrible. The hosts of that show are real jerks.

I liked the first movie, mostly for the ending. I don't see the point to the second one since they don't even have Cusack for it.

The first one was a surprise, I didn't think it would be that funny, but damn it was hilarious. So I'll be checking this one out.
Nice to see they gave away what will probably be the ending at the end of that trailer.

The original was one of the most surprising comedies in recent memory. I thought I was walking into a Seltzer and Friedberg-esque parody of 80s movies and I ended up overwhelmed at how much I enjoyed it.
So on that alone, I'm willing to give the sequel a chance, because I'd be a hypocrite to say that it looks terrible and therefore it will be terrible, because that's precisely what I thought about the original.
That being said, I'm really going to miss John Cusack's character. For whatever reason, I thought his presence in the original helped to stabilize the movie and keep it from spiraling into those "___ Movie" parodies I'd fear it would be, plus I also just loved the chaotic roller coaster of emotions that his character underwent over the course of the movie.

So does this mean we will get Mark Henry in swimtrunks in a hot tub yet again next year?

I was all set to be disappointed in John Cusack, but lo and behold he avoided this. Good on ya Cusack.

I thought the first one was terrible. I tried to watch it but tapped out half way through.
