This one be a bit harder as there've been so many, and not known VAs, but which ones do you hear when you read each character in the comic strips? And go!
Original Charlie Brown and Lucy are my favorites, and the first Peppermint Patty gets the right blend of female and tomboy, moreso than others who were one or the other.

The Shea brothers (Christopher and Stephen) gave Linus an educated and more mature edge in those original Peanuts specials, which is exactly what his character needed when being brought to life...

Michael Mandy's Charlie Brown in "It's Magic, Charlie Brown" is my favorite. Portrays him as a loser and makes him more like a kid, especially when he taunts Lucy.
