I put this together after he won the world title, it's kinda funny looking at it now.
NOC: Batista HITC: Jericho RAW: Ceasaro Survivor Series: The Rock TLC: Sheamus Royal Rumble: Dean Ambrose Elimation Chamber: Sting WRESTLEMANIA: Daniel Bryan

I'm going to try and do this the realistic way from when he won the title, how WWE'd probably handle it. Ahem.
SummerSlam: John Cena Night of Champions: John Cena Hell in a Cell: John Cena Survivor Series: John Cena TLC: John Cena Royal Rumble: John Cena Fast Lane: John Cena WrestleMania: Roman Reigns
I think that sums it up.

Night of Champions: Cena rematch - Cena loses clean, though he does better than at Summerslam Hell in a Cell: Sheamus - Sheamus puts up a fight but ultimately loses decisively Survivor Series: Cesaro - This is a pretty even hoss-off, with Cesaro doing some incredible feats of strength, but Brock ultimately wins clean TLC: Ziggler - This is where I'd start making Brock look less dominant. Brock wins clean, but it takes a ton to actually put Ziggler down for the count. Royal Rumble: Randy Orton - Brock wins after some Heyman ringside shenanigans. Shows that cracks are starting to form in Brock's defenses, and that he may actually need Heyman to win. Elimination Chamber: The Chamber match (vs. his past opponents) - Brock wins, but it's a complete war that leaves him physically spent. WrestleMania: Depends on who wins the Rumble. If Reigns, you have Brock finally succumb to someone who is as relentlessly physical in his fighting style as he is. If Ambrose, you have Brock lose to someone who has an incredible threshold for pain and will do anything to win. And if Bryan, you have Brock go down to a technical wizard who absolutely refuses to stay down. All three matches could be compelling in their own way if booked well.

Booking Brock full time is preposterously easy. He killed Cena to be the champion. So you have a series of babyfaces, each of which has one up on Lesnar in different ways - Ziggler is faster, Ambrose is crazier, etc. and Brock murders them all. But you have to decide from day one who is going to beat him. Let's say it's Bryan.
Bryan and Brock are like chalk and cheese in most ways, and you could basically just do an almost exact repeat of the Eddie match with Bryan vs. Brock because while Brock is a legit killer, he was faster than Eddie; but he isn't any more. Book it around Bryan's quickness and him being a more technical guy than Brock is (in his current gimmick). Brock just murders face after face - while making them all look like a million bucks; Brock KNOWS Cena and knows how he functions, so Brock can be not expecting what each babyface will throw at him but still beat them soundly without making them look stupid or him for that matter.
Then at Mania, he drops the title to somebody in a hard-hitting, killer match that makes both guys look like a million bucks. Brock is so shamed by this that he disappears for a while, and will eventually lose a rematch on his way out the door.

Poor Cena would have to get a new spine after that schedule.
