I've tried this a few times in the past and had some interest. Here are the rules:
1. If you want to be a voter, just post.
2. After we get 20 voters, I will close membership temporarily. Those 20 votes will vote and than once the next ballot is out, you can request membership. Maximum membership is 200 though I doubt we will have that much.
3. Any cartoon who has been around for 15 years or more is eligible for voting. They can also be from any country so not just limited to the US.
4. The ballot will start with 1950, meaning only characters from 1935 or before are eligible. Once each ballot is done, the next year comes up and so on until 2015.
5. You can vote for up to 10 cartoon characters (unless the ballot is small. More on that later.)
6. The ballots will be PM'd to you.
6. The induction classes will be posted in the original post and in the announcements replies.
7. Character needs 75% of the vote to be inducted.
Let's make 2015 the year we can complete this!
