Mark Henry during the initial Hall of Pain run. Legitimately scary.

During his feud with Kane, Snitsky came through the crowd for a segment and his bacne scared the hell out of me. I honestly was going to vote for him, probably 2008 bald yellow teeth version. He looked so greasy... like he rubbed himself down with a bucket of KFC. Couple his sheer ugliness with being 6'8'' and ~300 and yeah... scary AF. Yes. He was creepy enough looking to begin with, but then he really upped his game. He began looking like an ork.

Kharma, because completely unique in her division and looked terrifying in both TNA and WWE Kharma/Kong looks like she could f*** you up seven different ways. She is a terrifying person. Gotta put Show's name in the hat too. Dude is 7 feet tall, probably around 450 pounds. There is not enough money in the world to pay me to start shit with Show.

I know it's probably considered bad taste to say so, but Chris Benoit.
He was short but my god, he looked utterly terrifying. In WCW he looked like a guy that would live out in a shack or cabin in the middle of nowhere that would spend his time harming animals and lost campers for fun, that only got worse when he packed on the musclemass in the WWE and whatever looks he had started to fade.

In the early 90s I think I was pretty terrified of the Undertaker. Well not really terrified of him but I remember when I kind of knew wrestling was fake that I couldnt understand how people would be comfortable working with such a scary guy and how intimidating it must be, me obviously not quite grasping gimmicks at the time or whatever.

Scott Steiner.
He looked huge, dumb, mentally unstable and like he was on a drug that could make him snap at a moments notice, that's not a good combination. Being unrecognisable from his previous tag-team look added to that effect. Plus he was clearly so scary that none of his family or friends had the guts to have a quiet word about his love of chainmail, hair dye and bad tattoos.
That's all before he opened his mouth.

Brock isn't the biggest or tallest (I think I'm taller than he is), but he just has this look like he could rip your arm off and sodomize you with it.

Like Tarver who was mentioned before, Boogeyman was someone I WISH could friggen wrestle! The dude had one of the most interesting looks in WWE History, he could talk, he had the energy, charisma, a great theme, the dude ate Worms on a weekly basis for gods sake. The character was friggen amazing. It looked like they were planning to push him putting him with JBL and Booker, problem was when he wasn't in a match that was under like 4 minutes it started to show that he couldn't work very well. He was an older guy in the gimmick, he was 40 when he was in Tough Enough, but still, it truly sucks that this guy couldn't have been something more. Every time I see the Story Mode in the one WWE video game where he takes WWE Wrestlers under mind control and it ends in a match vs Taker at Mania in Hell in the Cell, I cry a little at what COULD have been...

Yup. Nailed it, right there. Also, Nathan Jones. He legit had me worried, but more when he did his quiet, intense thing, rather than when he was rolling his eyes, drooling and screaming like some kind of generic headcase.....

Maybe I'm in the minority, but Jake Roberts.
You could just see how haunted that man was by looking at his eyes. There's nothing more terrifying than a man who seems like he has minimal regard like that.

When he was a part of the Wyatt Family, I thought Erick Rowan was pretty damn creepy with his mask on. Something about a large guy in a cult wearing a children's mask is real creepo.
The Boogeyman was just gross, not so much scary. It hurt he was a face, too. But man imagine if he was a heel and could wrestle better? My God.
