I don't know the exact details, and I can't find the interview, but a couple of years back, before Nash was on the Legends deal, he said Wade Barrett didn't know how to act like a "big man wrestler", and he would show him..and maybe come to his house and show his wife too.
Something like that. Again, I can't remember the details but I'm pretty sure I didn't just make that up. Anyone else remember this?

I do remember this actually. Isn't Wade like 6'5 tops?

I do remember this actually. Isn't Wade like 6'5 tops? He'd beat the shit out of f***ing Nash, regardless.

I'd love to see Barrett punch him so hard his quad tears again.
I have so much disdain for Nash I swear.

Wasn't this only a little bit before the rumble where Nash returned? I remember folks bringing it up and wondering if they'd feud.
Nash is a douche though. Like, he seems alright, but he really needs a better filter.

Remember that interview where Kevin Nash compared Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit to how big a guy's dick is in a porno? ever since then I don't take anything he says seriously

I f***ing hate Nash. His views on wrestling are antiquated and delusional, and he always comes off as a massive hypocrite. "Small wrestlers suck. Shawn Michaels is the best of all time."

I do remember this actually. Isn't Wade like 6'5 tops? Is that legit or keyfabe? If he's a legit 6'5", he wouldn't be the first slightly above average height guy to work and be pushed as a big man.

Nash was on a roll for drunk interviews there for a while. Funny how that crew toned their act down when WWE started bringing them back. I have a feeling a guy like Wade Barrett wouldn't lose a wink of sleep having Kevin Nash criticize his in-ring work.

I dont know if he showed Wades wife, but he certainly showed his own son.
I kinda agree though. Especially with the roster today. And he's always come across as a "should-be" big guy to me.

If I were a pro wrestler and Nash thought I sucked, I would take it as a compliment. The guy is usually wrong when it comes to such matters.

I remember that, it was like a few weeks before the Rumble when Nash returned.
Then Barrett eliminated Nash from the Rumble, which was pretty surreal to see considering Nash's comments.

He said that WWE tries to portray him as a big man, but then you see him with Undertaker on his shoulders and Taker's feet are almost touching the ground, and he doesn't work like a big man at all. I agree with these things. Wade's not that big, but most of his opponents are noticeably smaller, he could stand to use his size more.
The big man is a lost art in today's wrestling though. Luke Harper is one of the few more recent big men that can actually pull it off. The days of guys like Taker and Nash seem to be gone.

It must suck for Kevin Nash to know that the only interest shown in him is as a potential trainwreck. Sometimes I wonder if Trips doesn't trot out other members of the Kliq just to grind down our collective memory of it.

...and just watched the video & confirmed drunk rambling. My favorite is "someday you'll be a big star & can sit here & get paid." ALL wrestlers should aspire to sit in a hotel room on a grainy video getting drunk & babbling.
