First I'm, posting this here instead of the WWE section because I think this is more of a WCW question that concerns WWF.
Say Ric Flair is part of the Invasion and picks three guys (and a manager if you like) to be his back up as the newest Horsemen. You have to pick WCW/ECW wrestlers, although not necessarily guys who signed with WWF during the Invasion.
Who would you pick? Familiar faces from WCW like Scott Steiner etc? Guys like Palumbo and O'Haire? Maybe some ECW guys? How about some WWF defections like maybe William Regal?

That's a tough question.
I think the figurehead would be Kurt Angle. Lance Storm as the mid card title guy. Palumbo and O'Haire as the tag team of the group since I don't have any other good ideas there. At least they could get the experience and the rub from working with the veterans Angle, Storm, and Flair.
Actually, I was just thinking about this and with a tweaking of character, Faarooq and Bradshaw would work well in a Minnesota Wrecking Crew sort of bruiser role for the Horsemen.
I'll roll with that. Angle, Storm, Bradshaw, Simmons.
