and I absolutely love it.
The show seems to have gone in a new more cartoony wacky direction this season and it's all the better for it.
It's not a patch on Seasons 3-8 but it's an interesting new direction and the most I've enjoyed the show in ages.
Also the art style seems better, not quite sure how and why though.

Something about last night's premise (Homer loses his memory, Bart recruits him as a new friend to partake in his pranks) seemed interesting. Alas I completely forgot about the show, which has been my running excuse for the better part of 15 years now.... Although now I'm interested to know how it compared to Family Guy's premise last night, as I realize that FG did almost the same kind of thing (Brian moreorless gives up on being smart, although for a reason we find out which alters the 2nd half of the episode a bit, Peter recruits him into being his dumb buddy).

I like this format of the show much better than anything they did from 2002-2010. Seems like in recent years the show is picking up again.

They've been a lot more experimental this season. Sometimes it works (The Futurama episode, the Judd Apatow episode), and sometimes it's a ball of fail (The Man Who Came to Be Dinner)
