Why in the AFC did #1 Green Bay play the winner of the #3/#6 Wild Card game, while in the NFC #1 Seahawks played the winner of the #4/#5 game?
Such a newb question, I know, but I've been wondering.

After the first round of games, they reseed so the highest seeded teams play the lowest seeded teams. So in the AFC, since Baltimore (the lowest seeded team) won their game, they played New England (the highest seeded team). Whereas in the NFC, Carolina (the 4 seed) was the lowest seed left since Dallas (the 3 seed) won their game, so they had to face Seattle (the 1 seed).
Hopefully I explained that well.

Well Green Bay isn't in the AFC, so there's that.
