Performers who will always be known for a meme/joke

Kind of an offshoot of the "known for one role" thread. I started to talk about this there. So...actors/actresses/etc. whose image has been taken over by a meme or joke made by an outside source. There's the catch...this can't be a meme started by something the person themselves said or did. It has to be someone else's meme, parody, joke, etc.

So....as I said in the previous thread:

Two words: RICK ASTLEY.

Probably the South Park version of any celebrity.

Not "real" characters, but any Hanna-Barbera character given the Williams Street treatment.

Vanilla Ice is pretty much remembered as a living joke in general. It's kind of a shame because all that really happened was that pop cultures definition of "cool" changed, he didn't really do anything wrong. Believe it or not in his heyday he was actually considered cool the way Eminem was (still is) in the late 90's/early00's.

Also his Bipolar album was actually pretty awesome considering the era it came out, but most people wouldn't give it a chance simply because it was Vanilla Ice. Now the poor bastard is signed to Psychopathic because it's the best he can do.
