Usually 20%. I find it good policy to not f*** with people who have access to my food before I do.

the problem with the "it's not my fault they are underpaid because tips are expected, I'm not tipping because I'm not going to feed that system" attitude I see from some people is that yeah, great, fight the system rah rah and all that, but by denying that worker a tip you are essentially flipping him the bird for something he has no control over.
Also a delivery job can be absolute murder on a vehicle.

I usually tip between 15-20% depending on what I have in my pockets. Whenever there is a problem with food (slow, bad or otherwise), 99% of the problem it's the kitchen. Unless the waitress was a total snotball and intentionally gave me bad service, I don't take it out on the server, and even then, I leave a buck or two. I can only remember one time I haven't tipped. I even tip ice cream peoples.

Always 20% at restaurants, delivery drivers I just give them a big wad of cash and tell them keep the change due to all the wear and tear. I actually just bumped into the guy that usually brings me my pizza, at the liquor store, today. He thanked me for how well I tip him, but that I should probably not eat so much pizza, lol. And I sit and wonder how I've gained 20 lbs in the last 6 months.

Usually what 15% is approximately, then I round up to the nearest dollar. Because I'm lazy with change. Yes, I end up being generous on tips more often on tips because of laziness of not wanting to use change.
