Near the one-year anniversary they're pulling this shit? Wow.

Near the one-year anniversary they're pulling this shit? Wow. 2 days short I believe I read. The ambulance chaser who has been advising them either has a miracle up his sleeves or is more than willing to look like a horse's ass.

I don't see how they could win this suit. I mean, the kid was high as a f***ing kite when he died. That alone to me is a smoking gun.

I really doubt the lawyer wants to win, hell, he probably knows he cannot. He is looking to force a settlement, play on Tony's guilt, his struggles and get Tony to pay them to go away. The family though, well, somewhat understandably they will never see their kid at fault because he's their kid. To them Tony murdered their child and got away with it because he's famous.

Which is a complete misuse of the justice system (I know. Shocking.). I've made it known before that I think Stewart's a complete jackass, but even he doesn't deserve this. CM Punk should give him the number of that lawyer that helped him.

Chris McGaha, after winning his first career Wally in Pro Stock last week in Sonoma, he backs it up with another one in Seattle today. I was tough on him last year. He basically got the entire racing setup from another great racer, Mike Edwards, and couldn't really do anything with it, barely finishing 10th in Pro Stock. This year? Completely different turn around. The guy's been super competitive, fairly close to winning before finally getting the last two wins. He's got the momentum going. He is now a championship contender.

Tristan Vaultier just ruined the Indycar championship battle. He just went 3 wide into turn 3 at Pocono and took out Graham Rahal. Just an idiotic move.

Terrible accident in the IndyCar race, Justin Wilson was hit by flying debris from Sage Karam's car. He was airlifted to the hospital.

Even though we know the dangers that may befall us when we step inside the cockpit, losing another is still hard. Especially another talented, well liked driver like Justin Wilson. Godspeed, Justin Wilson.

This sucks man. Things were finally starting to come together for him. He finally had his big time wide with Andretti. Life is so unfair sometimes. We'll all miss you deeply, Justin.

RIP Justin
Only really knew him from his short stint in F1, so I can't really say a lot. I hope Sage Karam won't punish himself too much for something that wasn't his fault.
