Logic and business says Roman. Like Cena, he's got a great look and if he can improve his mic skills or get a manager, he can get away with 5 moves of doom and be perfectly suited for commercials, backpacks, folders, and toys.
Personally... Bryan.
So I pick Layla.

Bryan because he is actually the most popular wrestler in the world

Thing is, you guys aren't looking at Layla's face.
And "Ass of the WWE" sounds degrading.

I'm disappointed in the lack of a Bo Dallas option...

Daniel Bryan. Not because of petty iwc fanboy fapping reasoning, but because he IS the most popular wrestler and most over since the stars of the attitude era. I really don't think that's hyperbole

I don't really know that any one person should be, at least right now, but if I had to pick, probably Daniel Bryan.

Bryan did defeat Orton in that historic "Face of The WWE" match on Raw last year in the lead up to Elimination Chamber, so I think that still counts.

Who should be? This man did not bone his way to the top so that he could be written off so easily 10,000 years before his glory faded from the cosmos...

WWE is desperate to find the next Cena, they should be focusing in finding the next Bret Hart, the talented person who will lead them in the short run until the next big thing really does come along and endears themself to the crowd (hopefully without the crashing business side). Instead, they want to force it on a guy who lacks the promo skills of any other company face.

The stupid thing about this whole situation is the fans love Bryan and it's obvious Reigns isn't/the fans aren't ready to get behind him. They should be pushing Bryan as their top star while continuing to build up Reigns. I don't see what the hurry is when the fans are 100% behind Bryan.

No one.
Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose should rotate.

Ideally it should be Daniel Bryan. Even if they don't see Bryan as a long term main eventer, then he should at least be the guy holding down the fort until Reigns or whomever their chosen one is, is ready.
The guys that they were pushing during the Brand Split/two world titles era like Dolph, Sheamus, Miz, Ryback, and Swagger should all be at the top of the upper Midcard and kept relatively strong so that they can serve as back-up main Eventers in the event of an injury/suspension.
