Just binge watched some Young Bucks matches. Zero psychology, almost no selling other than the finishes etc... and I loved them all. . Sometimes I want to see a very logical *per wrestling logic* paced match where everything makes sense and you can suspend disbelief throughout (Arn Anderson is my favorite all time in ring wrestler).. Other times I just want to see a wild stunt show... Does this make me a bad fan, FAN?

In a vacuum, I don't really see anything wrong with spot fests. They aren't really my cup of tea but I only find it a major problem when you have a bunch of those types of matches on one show. Same goes with any type of match really, I don't need to see someone's knee get worked over 9 times in one night either.

Every great show has variety to it. You can't have a show full of spot fests and you can't have a show full of technical wrestling without it getting boring after awhile; you need to keep things fresh.
Spot fests have a place in wrestling. And I'm happy they do.

Usually as an opener to a PPV. ECW were great at doing this...

I'm okay with them as long as they're low on the card and there aren't too many.
For example, Dragon Gate is hard to watch sometimes because a majority of the matches are spotfests.

If that's what you're interested in, fair enough.
I don't like spot fests with a lack of selling.

I loved how WCW would typically open a show with a spot monkey match with Jung Dragons or luchadors. The matches were total garbage but incredibly entertaining, and the crowds were always hot for them.

Any wrestling fan can like whatever they like. It's why there are different styles, and different promotions that each present their product in a different way from the others. Like what you like.

I love me some spotfests.
Realism is overrated. I like my wrestlers to be superheroes. Spider-Man doesn't fight like GSP, ya know?
