Key and Peele by far. Not only are they great actors and hilarious, but theirs is the only one I feel isn't catering to a largely black audience. Not that I'm racist or anything,

With Key & Peele, it's all about the premise of the sketch. They tend to go on too long, but if the initial premise is good enough, it just keeps getting funnier and funnier. Or, sometimes it starts to drag, but they bring you back eventually, sort of crosses the line twice. They do outstanding parodies and mix them with weird concepts, like the Mr. T videos (the production value on them was so authentic), or Bone Thugs rapping about being broke and pooping in alleyways.
The style can be annoying and focus too much on the ACCTINNNGGG (sometimes Key gets on my nerves), but I really like the show. They work with a very wide palette, I knew from the first sketch I saw with the loud black dudes in the theater were nitpicking technical issues "no that's stupid, no do not, do not go in there, do NOT go in to a crane shot right now!" that they were on some different shit. In fact, I have to post that whole sketch now, it's a great summation of their humor:

"Chappelle's Show" is one of a handful of shows that has completely stood the test of time, despite its dated early-2000s references. I mean, the show is filled with jokes about Michael Jackson, R. Kelly, Grand Theft Auto, Wayne Brady, and other things that were huge in 2003 and 2004, yet it is still totally watchable and exceptionally hilarious in 2015.
I find myself laughing just as hard as most of the skits now as a grown-ass adult as I did when they first aired and I was a awkward, pimply-faced teen.
I mean, yeah, it's brutal when someone yells, "I'm Rick James, bitch!" now, but the skits on the show still maintain like a 90 percent success rate some 10 years later.

I'm not super familiar with In Living Color, but between the other two Chappelle's Show easily. Still watch it and quote it regularly all these years later. I've tried watching Key and Peele several times and never find it funny.

I picked Chapelle Show. It ended before spiraling downward, and while I like Key and Peele well enough, they are still ongoing so it's hard to compare them, to me.
In Living Color had a ROUGH final year or so once the Wayons brothers lost control to the network, if I recall, Carrey was gone, and they were circling the drain.

This is a hard one, while I like K and P, they are out of the running. I think I have to go with In Living Color. Chapelle Show is great but LC laid the foundation.

Loved In Living Color when it was on but haven't watched it since then, so I don't know how it's held up. I've seen a couple episodes of Key & Peele and agree with the assessment others have voiced that it's much more miss than hit. I've always felt it got pushed harder than it merited in attempt to make a new phenom like Chappelle's Show but didn't quite get there..and now it's being rapidly eclipsed in that department by Broad City.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to put some water in Buc Nasty's momma's dish. Good evening.

Chappelle by a long shot
It's close for second. ILC started strong but got old after a couple seasons, flat-out sucked when Carrey left. Haven't really sat down and watched Key & Peele, the sketches from the show on youtube are usually pretty good.

Chappelle's Show, though the reason I think Key & Peele works is because they're like the first sketch show CC's done since Chappelle that DOESN'T try to copy Chappelle's format or style but with someone that isn't funny (see Mencia, Mind Of). They have a very different style of humor for the most part and it can often go into the surreal with unexpected endings and twists.
But yeah, back to Chappelle. I can still watch reruns of the show I've seen a hundred times and still find them funny. And the jokes are still relevant for the most part to contemporary society, which is either a poor reflection of how little we've come as far as race relations go or a sign of Chappelle's timelessness. Probably a bit of both.
I never liked In Living Color much outside of a few skits.

For me, it's probably as much as nostalgia/generation thing as much as anything else. I love Chapelle's Show, but I was in college when it was on; I watched In Living Color when I was a kid. That was a Sunday night ritual. So I'll always love it more.

Key and Peele is handsdown the best MADE show of all of them.
Both dudes seriously commit to whatever character they're playing. The production values and direction is worthy of being in a motion picture.
Having said all that, I still have to give the nod to Chappelle

Chappelle's Show. Insanely quotable, rarely had a bad episode, good music performances, and it still holds up 12 years later. It taught me to always invest in Wu-Tang Financial, and I'm always grateful for that.

Sunday Nights on Fox Used to be THE Shit It usually involved The Simpsons, Married With Children, In Living Color and some other random Sitcom.
