Three generations of black-centric sketch shows with many legendary quotes between them. (depending on who you ask). One was cut down in its prime, one is just starting to pick up steam, and another went a little longer than it should've.
Which is your favorite?
(yeah I know one of these things is not like the others, but whatcha gonna do, brother?)

Chappelle's Show. It is the only show I have (except that fake third one) on DVD

Chappelle Show. Key & Peele is wack half the time, I don't care what anyone says.

Key and Peele by far. Not only are they great actors and hilarious, but theirs is the only one I feel isn't catering to a largely black audience. Not that I'm racist or anything, but they have a lot more range- playing characters that people from different backgrounds can identify with and laugh at. They can go from playing the most ghetto guys to the most white-bread, boring white men.

I don't know how much of their shows were deliberately catering to a black audience, but I do know a lot about white college kids in the early 2000s quoting the HELL out of Chappelle's Rick James. And In Living Color launched Jim freakin' Carrey's career, for crying out loud.

I don't know what Key and Peele is, but In Living Colour was awesome.

Its actually amazing to consider how many careers In Living Color launched. Virtually the entire Wayans clan, Jim Carrey, Jamie Fox, Jenifer Lopez...

Chappelle Show. Key & Peele is wack half the time, I don't care what anyone says. I'd say every 1 out of 5 of their skits are funny

I never saw in living color, too young, and while I like key and peele, I don't like everything they've done. Besides a weak third season, just about everything in seasons one and two of Chappelle's show is gold.

Chappelle show, it's been 10 years without new episodes and I'm still watching it. I do love Key and Peele though, I can see them over taking Dave maybe some day.

My vote goes to In Living Color. Key & Peele are still a little too hit-and-miss.

I loved Chappelle's Show, but I pretty much grew up with In Living Color so it wins just because it's the most quotable skit show for me, even more often than SNL. Key and Peele are great too but they're too new for me to break down their legacy.

I just don't see the big deal about Chappelle's show. Sure, he had a few really good skits (not the Rick James stuff; I think it's WAY overrated and not even really funny), but to me, he was very hit-or-miss.
In Living Color was awesome back in the day, and some of the stuff still holds up (I find myself watching Jim Carrey's parody of Seinfeld practically every day; that thing is amazing). But some of the stuff hasn't aged all that well.
Key and Peele has had maybe a handful of skits I wasn't into, and even then, I didn't hate those skits. However, they hit it out of the park with practically everything they do, IMO. Plus, out of all 3 shows, those guys are without question the most talented actors (yes, better than Jim Carrey). Just take a look at their Les Miserables and Shakespeare skits.

I feel like K&P are more artsy and thoughtful in the types of sketches they do. They'll do some very abstract stuff and also do pop culture send-ups really well. I about died laughing at the "make fun of the burns" wheel chair guy stand-up skit. I like this one the best because its as weird as it is funny and they take more chances.
Chappelle's Show really was more popular by a long shot and probably had funnier skits overall. Like, it left a mark on pop culture more so than any of the three. So its a very close second for me.
