I've kind of just been ignoring Astro Bot but I got curious about its Metacritic score then on looking up some gameplay.... I'm sorely tempted to take the plunge on this but am hesitant about the price. It does help I only really have one more big game purchase to make this year anyway (buying vouchers for Zelda and Mario Party) but still, kind of spent a lot of money on games last month to build my new PC library. I dunno, probably going to spend the next few hours debating it with myself because this really looks like something I would dig.

After playing Outlaws for a while now, I really think Tatooine should have been the starter planet. It is the most familiar and so the most fun. BUT, I have reached it mid-late game. By which point, I am burnt out on the fact that the faction quests and contracts are pretty much exactly the same thing and are just glorified fetch quests and that oither than the beautiful scenery, exploring just pretty much gets you some new pointless trinket or accessory. So I am not enjoying it as much as I would otherwise.
I think if Tatooine was at the start, I would have absolutely loved it.

The rancor boss fight is some bullshit. I HATE forced action bosses in stealth games because it's like contrary to everything you've done at that point.

Just bought a PS5 a couple of days ago. I haven't owned a PlayStation since the PS2. My Xbox Series X just stopped turning on so I decided now was the time to try the PS5. I was never anti-PlayStation but I hated the feel of the controllers on past ones. I'm digging it so far. I was surprised at how many games PlayStation Plus actually has because I always heard that was a drawback. But yeah, I like it. I'm still going to attempt to get my Xbox fixed but it's nice having different options now.
