Beat Astrobot, Easily my Game of the Year (Unless The Silent Hill 2 Remake or Zelda completely blow my tits off). Probably even the generation. Other than the last level which still fluctuated between too much of an advertisement for Playstation to hilarious insanity, and still ended with a moment that made me burst out laughing, it was damn near perfect. I can't even tell you what I would want changed for next time, other than less Rooster power up. Give Team Asobi whatever the hell they want for a sequel or new IP and green light it yesterday.

Harry Potter Quidditch Champions is shit. Really bad and confusing.
Did the tutorial, then tried multiplayer and didn't have a clue what was happening--which way I was meant to be shooting, where the quaffle was or who had it, which team was mine or there's.
Looking for new games to play--some are just overpriced for their length. Casting of Frank Stone looks great, but I'm not paying 30 quid for a game which takes 6 hours to complete.
Return to Moria is tempting and Smallworld, but whilst I like the idea of survival games, the lack of a story or narrative means I usually lose interest because I just end up thinking "I'm doing all this crafting and what not for no purpose at all"

Power Wash Simulator has disappeared from my console. Tried restarting but still missing. I’m having to download it again, luckily as it was PS+ I’m not having to pay.

Route 96 has been added to PS Plus and if you haven't played it yet, I very much recommend it. It is an excellent game. You play five stories of five people trying to cross the border of a dictatorship. Each playthrough you can pick different routes and experience different encounters. And the characters who you meet along the way, their stories sorta interlink thoughout each journey.
It is a very good game.

I really need to get back to Reload in its own right. I stalled out a bit after the first real boss fight since I just wasn't finding myself invested and I kind of utterly loathe how this game handles money.

Might get that controller. Wild seeing the PlayStation Portal get its own special edition too. I was hoping that it's failure would mean a price cut, but provided I don't go PC next gen, I'm now hoping they improve and implement a new version more with the eventual PS6.

So you'd have to buy the disc drive separately. I would consider buying the grey Dual Sense though if that is sold separately. Not only because it's nice and retro-looking, but I also like the colored face buttons way more than the monochrome everything on other PS5 controllers. |
