I usually am in the shower for a long time because I have very thick hair that takes forever to wash. So sometimes I gotta go and I ain't getting out of the shower, walking all the way to the toilet (which is in a tiny room) and making the whole house wet.

A few years back I switched from Pepsi to Diet Pepsi and, no joke, lost 5 pounds in a week without changing anything else.

If you're looking to go cold turkey though, I'd suggest substituting Pepsi with a seltzer water or ever a flavored seltzer water. Part of our love for soda is the physical stimulation of the fizz. Switich to seltzer waters makes cutting Pepsi out and substituting it in meal that much easier.

I gave up all sodas cold turkey about six months ago and substituted them with carbonated water.

Like you said, it works like a charm. You get your cold, fizzy drink, but with none of the sugar.

I do enjoy picking my nose. I'm sure everybody does, otherwise how the bogies leave? If you don't pick they'll just clog there and form a jam.

I don't do it in public of course, only when I'm alone.
