Both are stress induced, biting my nails and binge eating sweets. For the binge eating part, I worked really hard to get from 240lbs to 180lbs. I'm currently at 205lbs and have had minimal time to work out, which is what's causing the stress. I just put in my two week notice from hell, so hopefully I have less stress in my life because of it.

If you're looking to go cold turkey though, I'd suggest substituting Pepsi with a seltzer water or ever a flavored seltzer water. Part of our love for soda is the physical stimulation of the fizz. Switich to seltzer waters makes cutting Pepsi out and substituting it in meal that much easier. |
