97-98 + Wolfpac Ponytail Sting.

97-98, followed closely by 95-96 (when I first started getting into wrestling and he was my favorite in WCW), then VINTAGE Sting.
His current Bruce Jenner hairstyle is by far the worst.

The 97/98 Crow hair is pretty much the hairstyle we all think of when we think of Crow Sting.
