Ins't this around the time we start pictures of them going to into the stadium to start constructing the massive Entrance/Tarpaulin?

I'll go through the interweb and try and work out the averages from past shows... Personally, I don't expect to see it for another week or two yet. But like I've said before, when those pics start showing up, for me that's when it starts to feel like WrestleMania season.
EDIT: Going back to last year, the earliest dated pic was this...
Now that was about a week and a half before, with some decent progress already made, so I'd be generous and say that they'll start preparing about two weeks out. So mark March 15 in your calendars and keep a watch out from there, boys and girls.

It could. I'll have a look back through WM28 and WM29 stuff... EDIT: This was the earliest WM28 shot I could find, with the matching article dated 23rd March (the show was set for 1st April)...  So that fell into the same kind of two week window. WM29 sheds a bit more light on the process... again, the first construction pics were about a week and a half out, but there were photos of set elements (like the Statue Of Liberty and the various skyscraper motifs) put out nearly a month beforehand...  So whatever they have planned for WM31, it's probably already built in the smaller pieces and ready to go. The fact that it's being held outdoors is almost a non-factor in regards to the timeframe. |

It won't take them long to construct the slightly bigger Raw set I assume they'll be using.

It won't take them long to construct the slightly bigger Raw set I assume they'll be using. Yeah, it would be unfortunate if they use it for Mania but I can see it happening. The main thing that I am looking forward to seeing is the tarpaulin to cover the ring, because there is no way they can budget cut that for an outside Mania (plus in the map I got with the ticket, it showed spaces around the ring or the legs of the tarpaulin to go) |

isn't this one of those stadiums that has a live camera feed on the field? I think they only had it briefly specifically for one of the outdoor ice hockey games. That's where we ended up with the thing with the crow showing up right on the camera. |

I wonder if the support poles for the tarp over the ring will have any sort of tie-in with the host city. We had palm trees at WM 28 and skyscrapers at WM 29; maybe this year each pole will look like a giant pair of pants. (Since the show is at Levi's Stadium and all.)
WWE should bring back the Cyber Sunday set to go with the Silicon Valley/Play Button theme.

^ I can honestly see either "Don't tell anyone we're not actually in San Francisco" or "This is Raw, just outside" being the theme for this year, unfortunately.

They should extend the local theme to the aisle and have it a twisty Lombard Street affair. Nobody can complain that the divas aren't getting enough time if everyone's entrance takes 10 minutes.
