Depends on how it happens. Rousey's first loss could be many years from now when she's physically past her prime or she could just have an off day two or three months from now and make some mistake that costs her, which could happen to anybody. Both of those are realistic scenarios but the aftermath would still play out very differently.

Depends on when she accepts my challenge.
And whether I can hit her with my car beforehand.

I'll be shocked the day she fights in more than one round.

Rhonda Rousey should be CM Punk's first fight.

I'd like it.
I have nothing against the woman, I just hate it when the UFC hype machine deems someone ZOMG UNSTOPPABLE1!1!!!P4PCHAMPGOATBLARGH!!!1!
It made me hate Machida. It made me hate Anderson. It made me hate Jon Jones.
After a monster gets their bubble burst, I warm right up to them. It was never them I hated, just the marketing and apparent dopey parrot nature of a lot of MMA fans.

I'll be shocked the day she fights in more than one round. UFC 168 against Miesha Tate, she had to go to the third round before finally getting the armbar win.

With the risk of being called insane, I'll say this: The day Ronda Rousey loses the title is the day the female bantemweight division will get interesting. If the last couple of years has taught us anything it's that dominant champions falling from the top can kickstart the rise of a whole division full of contenders wanting to make it to the next level. It happened with the middleweights after Weidman knocked Anderson Silva out, it happened with the welterweights when GSP left to never return and it might happen with the featherweights if José Aldo loses to Conor McGregor. For better or for worse, the female bantemweight division is an assembly line of women being placed one behind the other for Rousey to beat until she's the last woman standing but, if something happens and one of those women beat Rousey, it's anybody's game. Anyone can be champion at any given time, adding a sense of unpredictability to the title fights because there'll be a title change instead of taking the ending for granted and waiting for Rousey to finish her fights quickly and in a spectacular way.

Has Dana White tried to sign Edith Bosch (the woman who beat Rhonda in the quarterfinals of the 2008 Olympics)? Because, maybe I've watched too much pro wrestling but I would love to see a fight based on "Undefeated, huh? What about Beijing in '08?"

No and why would he as Bosch has never had a single MMA fight nor has she publicly stated that she has any interest in a MMA career. And to be honest while Rhonda is a much better fighter than everyone in Women's BW division she is far from unbeatable but it does make one wonder if she would pull a Gina Carano and try her hand at a full blown movie career if her first lose was a bad one.

I don't think she will.
I think she stays in UFC 1-2 more years tops, then goes to solely do movies and such.

lol at the folks saying Rousey could NEVER lose a fight. Of course she could. Anyone could. Everyone has their off days or just gets old.
That being said it wouldn't surprise me if Rousey retires undefeated and moves onto something else. She's really beaten everyone in her weight class worth beating. The only interesting challenge left is Cyborg and that is unlikely because of the weight difference. Also, Holms if she gets built up enough with some more fights, but I have a feeling Rousey will just eat her after all that.

Whether it's a 25 minute beating or a fluke ko, the rematch would be signed before the new champion is even handed the belt. So there's that.

I predict her first loss will be to evil Ronda Rousey from an alternate dimension (who has a goatee, of course)

At this point, her biggest challenge has been boredom.
