I know... Someone booking something for the tag division? Why not put your effort towards something that will actually happen someday? While it's true that it'll never happen, I'd like to see what people would think of this.
This just came to me as I was trying to figure out what the hell Jimmy Uso was going to do at WrestleMania if Jey's shoulder doesn't come good in time. So apparently it was Xavier Woods that injured him by accident by landing right on his shoulder with a plancha or something. If it comes to be that Jey won't be able to make it, I suggest that Woods, looking likely to be the odd man out in the tag title match for his own team and feeling bad for unintentionally injuring someone, offer his partnership to Jimmy for the title match, keeping it a Fatal 4-Way. Jimmy, knowing that he ain't got much chance otherwise to get on to WM, accepts.
So the match goes on, elimination-style, and it comes down to The New Day (Kofi/Big E) and Jimmy/Woods... and THIS is where you do a New Day heel turn. Uso goes for the tag in to Woods and Woods drops down to the floor, leaving Jimmy at the mercy of Kofi and Big E. New Day win the match and the tag titles and Woods joins Kofi and Big E in destroying Jimmy and putting HIM out with an "injury" until Jey recovers. From here, this gives The New Day a vicious mean streak (without the racial overtones) that they mask with the facetious happy, smiley act that nobody buys into, it gives The Usos a hot revenge match that they can have for the titles when Jey's fit again and it could also give a team like Cesaro/Kidd a possible side passage to slowly turn face by being opposition to the heel New Day.

Better idea, make them all live on the moon forever. And then they do a crazy sci-fi-ish gimmick where they claim something was on the moon and they make up crazy conspiracy theory stories with R-Truth as the guy spreading this news.

The problem is: once you suggested Jimmy accepts because he's backed into a corner, it was REALLY obvious where your idea was headed.
The whole thing would play out awful on TV, there's no way they would...... *thinking* Ok...they probably would.

I can see how it can be painfully obvious where it ends up, but it's just a means to an end for trying to freshen up some guys that really need it. Probably sounded better in my head than it did on the screen, but you don't know unless you put it out there, right?

Turn New Day in to No Tomorrow, the most negative group to ever set foot in a ring.
Xavier Woods will start the whole "I AIN'T GONNA DO IT" thing and the rest of the group will just agree with him before walking off or sandbagging their opponents. They'll end up going on a massive win streak, but will never care; as they insist that wins and losses are meaningless.
The stable ends when they just stop showing up to work one day.

I wasn't knocking your effort, and I sure didn't mean it to come off that way

Better idea, make them all live on the moon forever. Perhaps Dimension X would be more suitable for Xavier.

And for some reason this is their theme: Because they won't care that it doesn't suit them and it has the words "Tomorrow Never Comes". And for some reason Stevie Ray and Clarence Mason come out and explain they're the ones that made the change since it's meaningless music, while they mockingly raise the roof while this music is playing.

Stevie Ray needs to manage Big E. and teach him the secret of the slapjack to the skull. Kofi can go back to the midcard and Prof. X can get killed by Rusev. It's win-win-win.

Only if they turn out to be a crappy Kraftwork-ripoff band on the side. Because they're nihilists, and "believe in nothing".

Will they also randomly start hanging out with Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers?
