Do you have Cole scream about how the legend The Undertaker has revitalised his amazing Wrestlemania record?

Or do they just go "Undertaker gets the victory and now Bray Wyatt can now rest in peace" etc and not mention the W/L record?


Obviously it's not The Streak anymore but it's still an incredible record that no one will ever come close to even halving, so how do you acknowledge it now the right way ?

The storyline is that the Undertaker is weak and near death so a win would change the narrative and say that The Dead Man is alive, or something. But the streak doesn't need to be addressed.

The streak is dead. It doesn't need to be touched upon at all, except as background as to why Taker goes into this looking like an underdog against the hot(tish) young heel.

This whole feud just does not grab me at all. What does Undertaker get out of fighting Bray in the story? What is the Undertaker's reaction to the Streak being broken and how might beating Bray Wyatt change that? What does he have to prove? What happens if just doesn't fight Bray? Why do we want to see Bray lose? A gong sound and a few rumbles of thunder don't answer any of those questions.

IF Taker wins, no mention of the streak should be made.

But I think Bray should win. They have a chance to make him the next really good dark character like the Undertaker was for them for ages. Letting Bray get the win, and proclaiming himself the new face of fear going forth really helps him. Of course this all goes well depending on how he is used after a win against Taker, but I am not looking that far ahead yet.

I'm sure they'll probably just do a dramatic, "The Deadman lives!" thing, then he'll show up on Raw the next night to set up a match with Sting then vanish for the next eleven months or so.

Undertaker wins, then Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar come out laughing to remind him that the streak is over as the 22-1 graphic hits and Undertaker leaves WM for the second year in a row dejected and disappointing.

I imagine if Taker and Sting both win, we'll get some kind of a stare down either at Mania or Monday at Raw, much like we did with Rock/Cena, and it'll be something mentioned if one of the two ever show up.

Somewhat of a side subject, but if they want Bray to be the new Undertaker, at some point, doesn't he have to start DOING so scary stuff? We weren't afraid of Undertaker because he had funeral music and talked scary. We were afraid of him cuz he dropped people on their head, put them in body bags, and most importantly, tried to kill the Ultimate Warrior by locking him in a f***ing casket!! Bray needs more than to win. He has to destroy someone. Otherwise he's just Gangrel.

All I know is that Taker better have some sort of interaction with Brock, it's so stupid in kayfabe to have the untouchable streak broken and then Taker is all like "cool, I'll get a W next year against Wyatt's sorry ass!"
