Man between her and CJ Parker (yes seriously) leaving I'm legit saddened. On the brightside this may give a chance for Baley, Charlotte, or Sasha to come up and make a splash. Why would anyone question being sad about CJ leaving NXT? Dude's theme song was dope. Plus he did his best to make Kevin Owens look strong in the debut match. |

Honestly, this was bound to happen. She started out with promise, but since the whole #AJall thing on Raw, she pretty much just got boring and seemed petty for once complaining about divas like The Bellas were ruining the company, when AJ took a burst of time off after becoming a boring character and getting horribly sloppy in the ring whereas The Bellas really improved in those regards. AJ really didn't make that much of an impact, and to be honest, her being off the show won't really affect anything.

She's talented, but I haven't really cared about her on-screen one way or another in quite some time. Good luck to her though, and hell she gets to spend more time with Punk now and is getting out healthy and seemingly content. Good deal.

This was outta nowhere, but not that surprising really. It was pretty clear that she had really lost her drive to perform, after her feud with Paige, imo. Anyway, can't wait for all the pregnancy rumours that will appear in the next few days

She had nothing left to do, honestly, and she peaked early, plus her husband is on the outs with the company - I'm amazed she stayed as long as she did, and good on her for doing what's best for her.

Another thing, anyone find it funny how she didn't put anyone over prior to her leave? She just got that WM pay, went out on a win and boom she's done. Punk lived out his dreams through her lol. He was looking down on her smiling, from the giant Pepsi sign. I hope Emma finds a way to work this into her feud with Bayley, well I know it won't happen but it would be cool. |

I picture a future WWE show that takes place in the "smark" cities where during a Divas match fans will chant AJ Lee thinking it's respectable but it really isn't and the CM Punk cycle begins again. I hope I get proven wrong.

Au revoir. She was a great performer. Shame female talents don't tend to have the same longevity as many male stars. She accomplished a life goal and lived out her dream. She did about all she could do in WWE. She's getting out with her health.
