 Went into my local toy shop today and just as I was about to leave I spotted a Sun Man on the floor between a chair and a case. Score! I'm actually quite impressed with the quality. The sculpting is good and nicely detailed, the paint seems to be high quality and it looks like both the head and body are original designs (although obviously ripping-off He-Man) and they even went through the effort of giving him somewhat different clothing instead of the usual furry trunks. So yeah, it looks more like a Galaxy Warriors-esque deal where they knocked off He-Man but didn't straight-up bootleg it but man does this look high-quality. On par with the actual MOTU line. The head looks a bit weird though, most pics of Sun Man I've seen have him sport a buzz cut and even the face looks different. I actually like that one a lot better. Looks more expressive and less doofy. I also found a rather minimalistic and old-school looking website dedicated to Sun Man: sunman.he-man.us/Yes the flat top version is apparently more rare. I'd say the quality looks to be better than the Remoc stuff but not quite as good as Mattel. |

Also, I just realized that my previous post was a bit confusing. I meant that I prefer the non-flattop version shown in Hassan's picture.

I'd say the quality looks to be better than the Remoc stuff but not quite as good as Mattel. Which is saying a lot, because Remcos are pretty good quality. I can't wait to come across some of the Sun-Man line, been dying to add a few at some point. |

The dollar store wrestling rip off toys have majorly dipped in quality in the past 15 years. They used to be similar to Hasbro but are now look "Kid Connection" quality

So I picked up these bootleg wrestlers off of Ebay. Came in a lot of mixed figures. They are vintage but difficult to research as they don't have any markings. I think they were in a line that was simply called "Wrestling Champs". They look to be based off of Remco molds but are smaller. The three in the back look to be molded in green plastic and then painted. The guy in the front (who I don't think is supposed to be a wrestler but rather a fantasy figure) is even shorter and only has articulation for his arms and head.  The one on the left is obviously based on Hogan. Not sure who the others are based on. |

The one with the helmet is Magnon from Galaxy Warriors, one of the most notorious He-Man knock-offs. Well, at least I think it is. Could be from one of the myriads of bootlegs of Galaxy Warriors.

Hulk Warrior, Martel Warrior and Doink Warrior. |

The oneon the far right is actually an Andre the Giant with a painted face. |
