Imagine a WWE Network show that for one hour a week, WWE works on giving us the back story of each character and then a behind the scenes look at the performer that portrays that character. I'm convinced that a show like this will help get the roster over. You have this network and you need Original content. Use it!

No thanks. I have no interest in seeing anything that helps to build characters & stories on the Network. Instead of wasting time developing the future of WWE, I'd rather see the latest cutting edge offerings of Jerry Springer & Johnny Knoxville.
Wait...

I would much rather see them attempt to develop characters on the actual main shows

I like that idea.
I also like the idea of releasing "Best ofs" for guys that would never get a big DVD release. Like Lex Luger or DDP or ....La Parka. Maybe some little quick interviews from current dudes about what they thought of them.

I would much rather see them attempt to develop characters on the actual main shows I would too but since we know they don't do that well, this accomplishes two goals: driving storyline development and creating synergy on screen to advertise for the network.
