Man, did the shine ever come off anyone as quick as it did Kennedy/Anderson? I mean, I remember LOVING him back in the day when he first showed up in WWE, but now.....he's an easy channel changer.

EC3 hasn't impressed me as much as he seems to have impressed everyone else here. He is good on the mic and plays his character very well (sometimes he does come across as a bti cartoonish and feels like he is 'playing' a wrestler, but he is still decent) but he has yet to truly have a great match. His match with Spud was good, but he hasn't done anything else in the ring that has impressed me

Local Man Ken Anderson ruins everything

Along with Abyss and Gunner, he's is TNA's Local Man. The man managed to make Bully Ray, who wanted to murder his twin newborns and rape his wife, likable in his feud with him. While I think Samuel Shaw is trash and a one trick pony, I can't deny that his feud with Anderson put the nail in the coffin of any potential push post Ken. Spud went from the biggest underdog babyface TNA had since Don West cheering on Amazing Red to a pipsqueak sidekick of Ken. I fear EC3 will fail under the curse of Ken Anderson.

I can't "frickin'" stand when he "frickin'" overuses that "frickin'" word.

If not for the wonky camera work I might have rated it a half star higher. It had everything; fantastic in ring phycology, drama, a great build, one hell of an ending and the post match segment was icing on a cake of true pro wrestling deliciousness, but to each his own.

I get Mr. Anderson was supposed to be a buzzkill, but his interrupting Ethan last night felt like the biggest buzzkill since Buzz Killington.

Can we add Anderson to the Local Men?

Can we add Anderson to the Local Men? That's an insult to the Local Men. Anderson is just the worst. Had to love that his promo included taking shots at EC3 for not paying his dues or earning a title shot, when EC3 had mentioned he's undefeated and has been for almost 2 years.

There are very few wrestlers that I can honestly say they annoy me, but ever since Anderson's first TNA face turn he's become that guy.

How about Local Asshole? Big Show and Kane are the WWE's resident turd in the punchbowl, but at least they are Men, who are willing to own up to their terribleness. Anderson is the guy who ruins every segment he is in like they do, but still thinks he has a great gimmick. He's not a man who can see himself for the turd in the punchbowl that he is. He is the Local Asshole of TNA.

Big Show's reactions to the crowd are usually good, and Kane's promo on Seth on Monday night was damn good. And then there's Anderson where the most entertaining stuff he's done recently were the reaction to Tito Ortiz and he was in the Aces & Eights funeral.

This isn't looking good for EC3 to be paired with him. But in saying that in the time he's been with TNA he's been as consistent as anybody and hopefully even Anderson stank won't dread on him too long. The slow burn for EC3 run as champ could be a real fun watch in the coming months.

I actually think it's a good pairing to have Carter faces Anderson. It's good for him to face a few experienced hands before his big push.

The fact that Anderson is even still with this company is a huge channel changer, but to pair him with easily one of the top 3 best personas in TNA is just sad.
ECIII's whole campaign speech was hilarious and great heel stuff.
Then Anderson shows up and just instantly drains the interest out of it.
